Job summary

Arthrex Indianapolis is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to partner with orthopedic surgeons in the operating room. You’ll own territory goals, train through a comprehensive program, and support live surgical cases as the go-to product resource.

The role blends field sales with clinical exposure, requiring relationship building with surgeons, staff and facilities, plus ongoing training in product features, updates and education programs.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of sales experience in healthcare and/or competitive B2B sales.
• Comfort working in an operating room environment
• Sharp attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and the discipline to follow up quickly
• Sound judgment with confidential information, a commitment to ethics and integrity, and adherence to applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, and accreditation and licensure requirements

Responsibilities

• Represent Arthrex Indianapolis, an independent agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, providing daily support to surgeon-customers and their staff in the operating room
• Build and execute sales strategies that hit your territory’s goals
• Keep current and new accounts informed on product updates, portfolio changes and educational programs
• Identify the needs of new prospects and respond with clear, timely solutions in writing, by phone and in person
• Cross-sell additional products and lead new product introductions as they launch
• Keep your edge through ongoing training in sales skills, product features and benefits, and key business tools
• Attend sales meetings and professional association events, including some outside regular business hours
