Arthrex Indianapolis is seeking an entry-level Medical Device Sales Representative to cover the Fort Wayne, IN territory. In this role, you will train extensively and consult with surgeons in the operating room while building expert knowledge of our leading orthopedic product portfolio.

You will develop sales strategies, maintain strong relationships with customers, and communicate product updates. The position requires willingness to travel, strong communication, and a passion for helping

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of healthcare sales or competitive B2B sales.
• Comfort in operating room environments.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with timely follow-up.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethics and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Arthrex Indianapolis by supporting surgeons and staff in the operating room.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory.
• Communicate product updates and education to accounts.
• Identify prospects' needs and respond accordingly.
• Cross-sell products and support new product introductions.
• Maintain sales skills and product knowledge.
• Attend sales meetings and professional association events.
• Show passion for helping surgeons treat patients better.
