Arthrex Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Sales Lead for the South Bend market. You’ll be a hands-on, in-the-OR expert driving results through surgeon relationships and a strong local presence.

You will own the South Bend office and lab, lead education events, and partner with leadership on market planning. The role requires a proven track record in orthopedic device sales, strategic thinking, and a team‑oriented, ethical approach.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Extensive experience supporting live surgical cases in the OR.
• Credible with surgeons and OR staff.
• Experience mentoring or training other reps.
• Experience organizing surgeon education or events.
• Strong business acumen and strategic market thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to ethics and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert, daily OR support to surgeon customers and staff.
• Drive sales growth across the South Bend market and shape strategy.
• Grow existing accounts and develop new surgeon/facility relationships.
• Own the South Bend office and lab as a hub for education and visits.
• Oversee inventory room and lab with accurate, ready-to-train space.
• Lead hands-on lab sessions, product training and events.
• Lead new product introductions and cross-selling across portfolio.
• Serve as go-to resource for case coverage and customer service.
• Coach and onboard newer representatives via ride-alongs and support.
• Coordinate market coverage with teammates and leadership guidance.
• Represent the team at meetings and events, including outside hours.
• Model service standard: Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.
