This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and travel readiness, with opportunities to advance DePuy Synthes DPS sales and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher in a relevant field.
• Medical certification (CST/PT) or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Specialist requires professional clinical sales experience may enhance prospects.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support for orthopedic cases.
• Advance DePuy Synthes DPS sales by representing the Company at surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and market insights with cross-functional teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation and ensure equipment deployment is tracked.
• Maintain and deploy instruments and assets to ensure product availability across the assigned area.
• Ensure promotional materials are current and aligned with quality standards.
