Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to promote GYN Surgical products across assigned accounts in the United States. You will drive sales, engage with surgeons, nurses, and administrators, and ensure proper device implementation and patient outcomes.

You will conduct product demonstrations, provide in-field training, and support clinical teams while building strong relationships and managing a regional budget. Travel within territory is expected, with potential overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment and/or medical instrument sales.
• Operating room experience and ability to work with surgeons.
• Ability to develop a market for new product/technology.
• Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care.
• 2+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience; 1-2+ years in OR environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a strategic territory sales plan.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, payers, insurers, health-care providers, and others to meet territory objectives.
• Create and implement in-field promotional programs for regional customers and decision makers.
• Establish and control territory operating budget.
• Provide surgical procedure and product support in surgery and ongoing customer service.
• Support development of in-field training programs and relationships with course directors.
• Plan and conduct educational programs at regional institutions for customer training.
• Provide feedback on product performance, competition, marketing practices and customer satisfaction.
• Travel daily within assigned accounts; overnight travel may be required.
• Attend corporate trainings, sales meetings, conventions, and in-field development courses.
