Job summary

Hologic, Inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Surgical Clinical Account Manager to lead year-on-year growth for our GYN Surgical portfolio, including NovaSure and MyoSure technologies. You will build strategic plans, manage sales funnels, and forecast performance while expanding our regional presence.

You will educate surgeons and nurses, provide clinical support, and develop trusted partnerships with key healthcare decision makers. A driving license and ability to travel regionally are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a scientific, biomedical, business or marketing discipline.
• 1–2+ years of sales experience; medical sales is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for work use, with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Sculpt the strategic business plan to maximize market share and develop sales funnels with forecasts.
• Craft long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers and act as trusted advisor to decision makers.
• Provide clinical expertise in the surgical space and support physicians and clinical staff with technical assistance.
