Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to promote GYN Surgical products in a defined region. You will work with surgeons, nurses, and administrators to drive sales, ensure proper device implementation, and maintain compliance with safety standards.

You will support training, demonstrations, and field programs while building strong clinical partnerships. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in medical sales, OR experience preferred, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment and/or medical instrument sales.
• Ability to develop a market for new product/technology.
• Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures.
• 2+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• 1-2+ years selling into an operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve objectives.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to surgeons, physicians, nurses, administrators.
• Create and implement in-field promotional programs for regional customers.
• Establish and manage territory budget.
• Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery.
