Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to promote GYN Surgical products and meet sales objectives.

You will collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure proper device implementation and optimal patient outcomes. You will conduct product demonstrations, support procedures, and provide ongoing customer service while developing training materials and regional promotional programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience
• Experience in operating room environment preferred
• Ability to develop a market for new product/technology and surgical procedures
• Familiarity with clinical/economic outcome data and managed care policies
• Experience in developing professional education/training for surgeons and staff

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan including master plan, gap analysis, and marketing/educational plans to meet forecast objectives.
• Conduct sales calls, build rapport, and present to surgeons, physicians, nurses, administrators, and payers.
• Create and implement in-field promotional programs for regional customers and decision-makers.
• Establish and control the territory operating budget.
• Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery and ongoing customer service.
• Develop in-field training for regional centers of excellence and coordinate with course directors and facilities.
• Plan and conduct educational programs at regional institutions for customer training.
• Provide feedback on product performance, competition, and customer satisfaction; submit reports as needed.
• Travel daily within assigned accounts and to regional meetings, with possible overnight stays.
• Attend corporate training, sales meetings, conventions, and in-field development courses.
