Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to promote GYN Surgical products across a designated market. You will work with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to implement devices, ensure safety, and optimize patient outcomes.

In this role you will demonstrate and support products in the OR, develop regional training materials, and build strong relationships with clinical teams to drive continuous improvement in patient care. A background in medical sales and OR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment or medical instrument sales.
• Ability to grow a market around new products or technology.
• Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement policies, and managed care.
• Experience in developing training courses for surgeons and nursing staff.
• 2+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
• 1-2+ years selling into an Operating Room environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a strategic territory sales plan with goals across products and disposables.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, payers, and other decision-makers.
• Create in-field promotional programs for targeted regional customers.
• Establish and manage territory operating budget.
• Provide surgical procedure and product support in the OR and ongoing customer service.
• Support development of training programs for regional centers of excellence.
• Plan educational programs at regional institutions and train new hires as needed.
• Provide feedback on product performance, competition, and customer satisfaction.
• Travel daily within accounts and attend regional conferences and conventions.
• Attend corporate training, sales meetings, and in-field development courses.
