Job summary

Hologic, Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking a Territory Manager to promote GYN Surgical products, achieve sales targets, and ensure compliant, safe device use.

You will work with physicians, nurses, and staff during procedures, provide in-field support, and help implement training materials. This role requires strong sales experience in capital equipment, OR settings, and building relationships with surgeons.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of successful sales experience in medical or related field.
• Experience in operating room environments and working with surgeons is desirable.
• Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute territory sales plans to meet objectives, including budgeting and promotional strategies.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, and administrators to achieve targets.
• Create and implement in-field promotional programs for regional customers and decision makers.
• Establish and control the territory operating budget.
• Provide surgical procedure and technical product support during operations and post-sale service.
• Support development of in-field training materials and collaborate with course directors and facilities.
• Plan and deliver educational programs at regional institutions for customer training and new-hire onboarding.
• Provide feedback on product performance, competition, pricing, and customer satisfaction; file special reports as needed.
• Travel daily within assigned accounts and attend regional conventions, with possible overnight travel.
• Attend corporate trainings, sales meetings, conventions, and in-field development courses.
