Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to promote GYN Surgical products in the Seattle area. You will work with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to meet sales objectives, support procedures, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role includes traveling within the territory, delivering product demonstrations, and contributing to training materials for regional centers of excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical/instrument sales.
• Operating room experience and ability to work with surgeons is desirable.
• Strong ability to develop a market for new products and technology.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a strategic territory Sales Plan across all products.
• Conduct sales calls and present to surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff.
• Create in-field promotional programs for regional customers and decision makers.
• Establish and control territory operating budget.
• Provide product support during surgery and in-field training to staff.
• Travel daily within assigned accounts and attend regional events.
