Medcare Health of NJ LLC is seeking an Operations & Customer Service Specialist – Warehouse Support to join our in-office team. The role blends customer service, order processing, and hands-on warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.

You will collaborate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse staff to move orders efficiently, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, operations, order processing, distribution or warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, email and business software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service by phone and email.
• Enter, review and process customer orders accurately.
• Assist customers with order status, product availability and shipping questions.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to move orders smoothly.
• Monitor open orders and help resolve inventory, order and shipping issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
• Pick, pack, wrap, label and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Assist with receiving and organizing inventory as needed.
• Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse and office environment.
• Contribute to other operational or warehouse tasks as needed.
