Job summary

Fulfill NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Operations Team in Neptune City, NJ. You will help ensure accurate inventory, fulfill orders, receive shipments, and maintain a clean, safe, efficient warehouse environment.

We value reliability, basic math, English literacy, and the ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. This role is on-site with a fast-paced, community-focused mission to feed neighbors in Monmouth & Ocean Counties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred, with safety-focused mindset.
• Ability to read and write in English at a basic to proficient level.
• Driver's license required with a safe driving record.
• Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and inventory tasks.
• Able to operate power equipment after training (pallet jacks, forklifts).

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks safely and report safety incidents.
• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Receive shipments and verify quantities against invoices.
• Inspect items for damage and monitor expiration dates when applicable.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and log relevant data.
