All leads are prequalified and provided by the company. The position offers structured training, weekly compensation with incentives, and a compensation plan that includes hourly pay plus commission, with six-figure earning potential and a dynamic call-center culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commission-based sales experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Passion to support Travel + Leisure Co.'s mission to 'put the world on vacation'.
• Internal drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to perform in a goal- and performance-based environment.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License.
