Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a results-driven sales professional for our on-site sales center in Virginia. You will build rapport with prospective and current owners and clearly articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co.

During training, the hourly wage is $20/hour plus commissions; after training, compensation becomes commission-based with a draw against minimum wage. Leads are provided by our on-site marketing team, and a diverse benefits program is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform in a short, luxury sales cycle.
• Positive attitude in a high-energy environment.
• General knowledge of smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-1 in-person sales presentations at the on-site sales center.
• Establish rapport with prospective and current owners and articulate benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co.
• Communicate benefits and generate sales using proper closing techniques.
• Deliver sales presentations in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend all training sessions and departmental meetings.
• Stay current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends.
