Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic sales professional for our on-site sales center in Virginia. You’ll conduct 1-on-1 in-person presentations, build rapport with prospective and current owners, and demonstrate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.

During training, hourly wage is $20 plus commissions; after ramp, compensation is commission-based with a draw against minimum wage. Leads are provided by our award-winning on-site marketing team, and uncapped earnings are possible.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform in a short luxury sales cycle.
• Positive attitude in a high-energy environment; comfortable with using smart devices.

Responsibilities

• Establish 1-on-1 in-person sales presentations in our sales center.
• Build rapport with prospective owners and current owners; articulate benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co.
• Present and close sales in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements; attend trainings and meetings.
• Keep current on product knowledge and industry trends.
