Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our on-site team in Sandy, Utah. You will present to owners via Zoom, build rapport, and explain the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure while driving sales through effective closing techniques.

No cold calling is required; leads are prequalified and provided by the company. Expect hourly pay plus commissions with ongoing training and performance-based incentives for top performers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commission-based sales experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a goal- and performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct presentations via Zoom to owners.
• Establish rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
• Articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and using closing techniques.
