In this in-office position, you will manage the end-to-end process, build a strong candidate pipeline, and stay current on industry trends and employment regulations to ensure a compliant, efficient hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with Raymond West.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
