Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, related to recruitment and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates for a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices and candidate evaluation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
