You will partner with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Requirements include 3+ years in high-volume recruiting, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from posting to onboarding and offer negotiations.
• Provide guidance on interview techniques and candidate evaluation to hiring managers.
• Maintain compliant records of candidate interactions and hiring decisions.
