Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) / Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) in Englewood, CO, seeks a Staff Accountant / Payroll Analyst responsible for accurate financial records and payroll integrity. The hybrid role covers the full accounting cycle from journal entries to payroll reconciliation, applying GAAP compliance across multi-entity operations.

The candidate will manage month-end close, reconcile payroll to GL, and analyze labor costs while using Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Experience in multi-location healthcare environments preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounting, including recording, classification, and summarization of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP.
• Initiate and process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments across various accounts and entities.
• Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Track and manage fixed assets, including depreciation schedules and capital expenditure monitoring.
• Maintain the prepaid expense schedule, ensuring all recurring monthly amortizations are recorded accurately on time.
• Assist in timely month-end close including income statement reviews.
• Oversee the end-to-end processing of multi-state payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Reconcile payroll reports to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies between payroll system and financial records.
• Analyze labor costs, overtime trends, and departmental allocations for reports and budgeting.
