This in-office role covers the full accounting cycle, GAAP-compliant, including journal entries, fixed assets, and financial statement prep.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting and payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central; multi-location healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Experience in multi-location healthcare environments preferred.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle in GAAP compliance.
• Process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Track fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditures.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll across multiple states.
• Reconcile payroll to general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze labor costs and departmental allocations for reports.
