Synthesis Health is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting. The role reports to the Vice President of Financial Operations and collaborates with People and Culture on payroll and state registrations.

Responsibilities include IFRS-compliant financial statements, GL reconciliations, journal entries, tax remittances, and coordinating audits. Hybrid work, US-based, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in accounting operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing payroll processing.
• Experience with IFRS accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements compliant with IFRS and company policies.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting.
