Job summary

Htprof is seeking a Social Media Manager to own strategy, storytelling and content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and beyond in an in-office role. Lead platform-specific campaigns, build a recognizable brand voice, coordinate shoots, work with creators, and develop a social calendar that drives authentic engagement and long-term growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to push creative ideas, analyze performance data and continuously optimize content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism or related field.
• 5+ years of professional social media experience across multiple channels.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
• Excellent writing and adaptable tone for different platforms.
• Creative thinker with ability to manage multiple projects.
