Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare scheduling in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems, Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid terminology related to eligibility and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient visits and clinician assignments to maximize capacity.
• Coordinate with field staff, patients, and Clinical Manager on scheduling changes.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and communicate updates in a timely manner.
• Prepare weekly clinician schedules and monitor productivity against targets.
