Job summary

Paces Restoration LLC in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a capable Coordinator to support plumbing operations, scheduling, and referral coordination alongside the marketing teams. This full-time, in-office role emphasizes clear communication with customers and partners to keep jobs moving smoothly.

You will answer inbound calls, dispatch crews, update CRM notes, send documents for signature, monitor milestones, and assist with marketing and sales admin tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Customer Service experience required.
• Sales and/or Marketing experience a plus, but not required
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Multi-tasking is a MUST

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls; make outbound calls to referrals
• Dispatch crews and coordinate job next steps
• Update CRM job notes and create new customer files
• Send electronic documents for signature and appointment reminders
• Monitor job milestones, compliance tasks, and inspections
• Communicate technician updates to plumbers
• Support marketing and sales admin tasks (plumber packs, referral tracking, reviews, orders)
