Job summary

Ambient Edge, LLC in Mohave County, AZ & Clark County, NV is hiring a Plumbing Coordinator to act as the operational hub of the Plumbing Department. You will work with the Plumbing Manager, technicians, CSRs, and customers to schedule jobs, ensure clear communications, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, with excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is a must.
• Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office and Service Titan experience helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service and maintenance calls by technician skillset and priority.
• Communicate with customers to provide progress updates and confirm job completion.
• Review and book leads from partners and manage capacity.
• Support CSRs during peak periods and coordinate with managers and field teams.
• Audit notes, reports, and complete technician debriefs in ServiceTitan.
