Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to referrals.
• Dispatch crews and coordinate next steps for jobs.
• Update CRM notes and create new customer files.
• Send documents for signature and appointment reminders.
• Monitor milestones, compliance tasks, and inspections.
• Communicate technician updates to plumbers.
• Support marketing and sales admin tasks (plumber packs, referral tracking, reviews, orders).
• Overtime or night/weekend administration work may be required; overtime pay.
