Job summary

Elmm Law Group, a female-owned personal injury firm in Phoenix, is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager for an in-office, in-person role. You will own your caseload, manage client relationships, and work directly with attorneys, paralegals, and the settlement team.

You’ll read medical records, verify liens, draft demand letters, and keep files audit-ready while learning from the founder, a former prosecutor and Arizona AG.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury pre-litigation or related legal support.
• Strong writing and drafting skills for legal documents and demand letters.
• Excellent client communication and ability to empathize with clients.
• Organized, deadline-driven with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload from intake through demand.
• Open and manage claims with auto and health insurance carriers.
