Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license required.
• 2–5+ years of personal injury experience.
• Experience handling or supporting litigation cases.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation.
• Review, approve, and guide pre-litigation demand packages.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial as needed.
• Provide strategic direction on case development and valuation.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of the case.
