NOW Injury Law, LLC seeks an entry-level Personal Injury Case Manager to support attorneys from intake through settlement in a fast-paced Phoenix firm. You will coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies while maintaining organized files and tracking case progress.

Ideal candidates are extremely organized, proactive, and eager to learn, with a keen interest in growing with a rapidly expanding firm and gaining hands-on training and mentorship.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in personal injury, legal, medical, or case management support (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with legal software such as FileVine (training provided)

Responsabilidades

• Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned cases; Provide clear, consistent updates and respond promptly to client questions; Assist clients with treatment coordination and documentation requests
