The role requires effective client communication and adherence to professional standards. The ideal candidate holds a JD, is barred in the state, and brings at least four years of personal injury litigation experience, including discovery, trial, and mediation preparation.

Formación

• JD required and bar admission in the state.
• 4 years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
• Experience answering discovery, trial, and mediation materials.
• Auto Accident and Premises Liability experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal guidance and client advisement.
• Meet with clients and communicate options and outcomes.
• Prepare dispositions, pleadings, and contracts.
• Represent clients in civil proceedings.
• Stay informed of current legislation.
• Develop arguments and strategize case resolutions.
