Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation.
• Review, approve, and guide pre-litigation demand packages.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial as needed.
• Provide strategic direction on case development and valuation.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of the case.

Overview

A growing personal injury law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle a mix of pre-litigation and litigation matters within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing cases from early-stage evaluation through litigation, while also overseeing and approving pre-litigation demands.

Position Overview

The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing an active caseload, handling litigation matters, and providing oversight on pre-litigation files to ensure strong case strategy and value maximization.

This is an in-office role requiring daily collaboration with the legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation
• Review, approve, and guide pre-litigation demand packages
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Prepare cases for trial as needed
• Provide strategic direction on case development and valuation
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of the case

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license required
• 2–5+ years of experience in personal injury (pre-litigation and/or litigation)
• Experience handling or supporting litigation cases
