Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, executive support or recruiting coordination.
• Location: Redwood City, in-office role, 5 days/week.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI tools and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own workplace operations and onboarding processes for the Redwood City office.
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate experiences across time zones.
• Support executive logistics, travel, and expense reporting with Finance.
• Assist with vendor management, budgets and office safety/compliance.
• Collaborate with People, Recruiting, Finance, IT and leadership on special projects.
