Job summary

BizIQ - Smart Growth Marketing is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to drive growth by proactively contacting potential clients, presenting our digital marketing solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle to close deals. This is an in-office role based in Phoenix.

You will call leads, follow the script, record activities in our CRM, and work with the sales team to refine strategies. A base pay of $18 per hour plus uncapped weekly commissions offers an annual earning

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B phone sales in high-volume environment.
• 1+ year of CRM tools experience; comfortable navigating multiple browsers.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients daily.
• Adhere to the sales presentation script to achieve a one call close.
• Understand client needs and present digital marketing solutions.
• Accurately record customer information in CRM systems.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and processes.
• Attend sales training and development programs.
• Complete orders by entering customer details into electronic systems.
