Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management, leadership operations, or human resources.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience hiring, recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Leadership experience within healthcare/home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-office operations and scheduling oversight.
• Support and develop staff; uphold Cornerstone's standards, values, and culture.
• Oversee client care quality and conduct weekly check-ins and performance reviews.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding steps, and staff oversight to support growth.
• Manage administrative workflow, payroll notes, shift verification, and state requirements.
