Amen Real Estate in Sacramento is seeking an Executive Operations Coordinator to be the in-office backbone, supporting agents and leadership. You will own systems, automate workflows, and ensure seamless operations across listings, SOAR platform, and client outreach.

The role offers visibility, growth into EA or Ops Manager, and a fast-paced environment with direct interaction with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of administrative, executive support, or operations experience.
• Proactive communicator who flags problems before they become fires.
• ClickUp master or fast learner with daily task discipline.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new platforms and automation.
• Real estate experience is a plus, systems mindset and ownership matter.

Responsibilities

• Own MLS listing coordination from input to close and manage signage and open houses.
• Support remote Transaction Coordinator via Sisu automations and document file requirements.
• Meet inspectors, assist walkthroughs, and handle key delivery.
• Document SOPs and Loom tutorials for all processes lacking one.
• Lead CRM organization, lead verification, and data accuracy.
