Job summary

iHomefinder, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide real estate agent clients from intake through full setup and go-live. You will manage website builds (WordPress/Wix/Squarespace) and coordinate MLS paperwork, lead imports, and app setup.

You will be the primary onboarding contact, track milestones in the CRM, and work with multiple internal teams to keep timelines on track. This in-office role emphasizes outbound calling and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer service environment with outbound and inbound calls.
• Confident, friendly phone presence for daily outbound calls.
• Strong project coordination to manage multiple clients and steps.
• Comfort tracking metrics and reporting against targets.
• Clear verbal communication for non-technical clients.
• Familiarity with a CRM and updating client records.
• Detail-oriented with strict multi-step process adherence.
• Ability to work in-office full-time.
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding from intake to completion.
• Coordinate website/design calls and manage the website build process.
• Walk clients through account and app setup, including MLS paperwork.
• Update and maintain client records and onboarding status in the CRM.
• Report onboarding status and delivery metrics to the Operations Manager.
• Assist with AI-assisted drafting and communications for clients.
• Other duties as requested by management.
