Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Utilize medical terminology when assisting customers in a medical office setting.
• Maintain phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution of their concerns.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
