Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative in Allentown, PA. This temp-to-perm in-office role handles inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures a positive customer experience. Training shifts and full-time hours are provided in a non-remote setting.

Ideal candidates have 0-1 years of experience, a High School diploma, and strong data-entry skills. Medical terminology knowledge is a plus, with bilingual abilities considered an asset.

• Maintain phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Representative for a well known client of ours in Allentown, PA! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers! We are looking to start folks on 9/3 + 9/8! This is a temp-to-perm position in office. This is NOT a remote position. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm (first two weeks of training will be 9am-4pm). Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns for a Waste Management company.
