Job summary

Almac Group in Souderton, PA is seeking a Support Technician to ensure proper computer operation so end users can accomplish business tasks. You will serve as a point of contact to record incidents and resolve problems through triage and escalation, including remote troubleshooting and strong customer service.

This position is 5 days in office with hours 8:30am-5:30pm and rotation on call every 6–7 weeks; some offsite support for Audubon and Lansdale locations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience using Active Directory and Windows OS.
• 3 years of experience providing Desktop Support and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming end-user requests via phone, email, and Service Desk tools; prioritize and assign tickets.
• Perform remote/deskside fixes, install software, and configure systems and applications.
• Create knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training materials; follow SOPs and ensure issue resolution.
