Job summary

Innovent Global, Inc. in Coconut Creek, FL is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Specialist for an in-office role Monday–Friday with client-site travel.

You will provide in-house hardware/software support for 1000+ associates, respond to user calls, and visit sites to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in desktop support, 2+ years with Cisco switching/VLAN/routing/firewalling, and experience with server hardware, backups, antivirus, and VPN connectivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in desktop helpdesk service, preferably critical, customer-facing.
• Minimum 2 years Cisco Switching, VLAN, Routing, Firewalling.
• Minimum 2 years Server Hardware (CPU/RAID/SCSI) support.
• Minimum 2 years Data Backup and Recovery, Antivirus, VPN support.
• Reliable engineer who follows directions and maximizes billing opportunities.
• Consistent positive client feedback.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user calls/tickets and personally visit associates to troubleshoot.
• Provide in-house IT hardware and software support for over 1000 associates.
• Work on projects researching new technology and solving complex problems.
• Support Windows servers, desktops, laptops, and network connectivity.
