Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Cincinnati, OH is seeking Insurance Sales Agents to identify customer needs and recommend a range of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products. This in-office role requires building relationships and generating your own leads through referrals with a strong focus on customer service.

The base compensation is $45,000/year, with uncapped commission and potential first-year earnings of $60,000–$85,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters; act as liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop your own leads through referrals from realtors/brokers, lenders, dealers, bankers, businesses, and AAA members.
