Caring for Others in Redmond, OR, seeks an in-person Human Resources Generalist Manager to own day-to-day HR operations, including leaves, benefits, workers’ compensation, unemployment, training, performance management, and offboarding.

You will partner with the Executive Team, support Branch Leaders and Employees, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive cost-control and compliant HR practices in a fast-paced, multi-site home care environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Generalist/HR Manager/HRBP experience with benefits, leaves, workers’ comp, unemployment.
• Ability to work independently without onsite HR leader.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels.
• High integrity, discretion, professionalism with confidential information including HIPAA.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Administrative experience in related areas such as accounting, scheduling, IT, or operations.
• Background in senior care or in-home care.

Responsabilidades

• Manage leaves and FMLA/OFLA/ADA and related processing.
• Monitor HR inbox, ticketing board, mail, and phone promptly and professionally.
• Administer workers’ compensation end-to-end including claims and return-to-work.
• Handle unemployment claims and hearings.
• Administer benefits enrollment and vendor coordination.
• Support payroll processing and HRIS.
• Own Employee Training Program and HR support.
• Lead performance management and offboarding with documentation.
