Job summary

DebtBlue, LLC is seeking a driven Debt Settlement Negotiator for our in-office Richardson, TX team. You will negotiate directly with creditors to secure favorable settlements for clients while managing a steady pipeline and achieving monthly targets.

We value initiative, strong communication, and the ability to balance competing demands. Training is provided; this is a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• A high degree of initiative with the ability to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with creditors and collection agencies on behalf of our clients.
• Own your pipeline - manage a queue of client accounts, hitting monthly production goals.
• Develop strategic settlement approaches based on each client's financial situation.
• Work toward favorable settlement agreements while protecting the clients' interests.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company processes and compliance requirements.
• Manage multiple negotiations while consistently meeting performance and productivity goals.
