Job summary

Coastal Debt Resolve in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Senior Account Executive to guide clients through debt resolution and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs. You will leverage negotiation skills and knowledge of debt settlement to build trust and close deals.

This role handles 75–100 live leads monthly, communicates by phone, email, and SMS, and maintains CRM notes to document settlements. Base plus commission with an OTE of $120,000 - $250,000 per year, plus daily and monthly

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in closing sales.
• Proven track record of successful negotiations and settlements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and multiple complex cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear and concise expert advice to clients on options and programs.
• Listen to client needs and adapt sales strategies based on feedback.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to develop personalized debt settlement plans.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Educate clients on benefits, risks, and outcomes of debt settlement.
• Contact 75–100 live and warm leads per month provided via various channels.
• Communicate by phone, email, and SMS with clients professionally and with integrity.
• Follow up with prospects and clients with professional persistence.
• Maintain detailed notes in the CRM of interactions and settlements.
• Prepare and review settlement documentation for a smooth transition to retention/customer support.
• Provide feedback to management on common issues and solutions.
