DebtBlue is seeking a Client Success Specialist I in Richardson, TX. This role serves as the primary contact for clients in our debt relief program, guiding them through the journey with empathy and clear communication.

The ideal candidate will resolve inquiries using our systems, maintain meticulous CRM notes, and coordinate with the Client Success Manager to ensure a positive client experience. Training and certifications are provided to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to use CRM systems and MS Office effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for clients in the debt relief program.
• Use CRM to assign and complete tasks and document notes.
• Follow up with clients via phone and other channels.
• Address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Support department operations and onboard new clients.
