EMS, located in Omaha, seeks an analysts-friendly Customer Service Agent to handle inbound calls and ensure top-tier client relations. The role emphasizes quick learning, multitasking across screens, and teamwork within an in-office setting.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with a Monday–Friday style availability across a 3:00 PM–Midnight window; Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday options. Benefits include training and office amenities in a Northwest Omaha location.

Qualifications

• Above average customer service skills and strong verbal communication.
• Friendly and energetic attitude with professional demeanor.
• Proficient with computers, Internet and basic MS Office.
• Ability to navigate between multiple screens/tabs efficiently.
• Fast learner who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Schedule requires a 3:00pm–Midnight shift, Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.
• On-site position at the 120th & Maple area.
