Heathos in Holmdel, NJ seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound phone inquiries from Members, Providers and Agents in an in-office role. You will pull data from CRM, escalate as needed, and organize daily activities to meet organizational goals.

The position requires strong verbal and written communication, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a growth mindset, with the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

• Answer Incoming phone inquiries from Members, Providers and Agents.
• Pull and review information in our customer relations management (CRM) system.
• Escalate calls to different partners based on our standard procedures.
• Organize daily activities based on the goals of the organization.
• Work to exceed published production, quality and identified goals.
• Respond to customer submitted support requests, as needed.
• Assist Supervisor with communicated tasks in supporting customers.
• Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly.
