Progressive Recovery, Inc. in Dupo, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions about equipment, parts, and services, and coordinating orders and shipments.

Based in our 100% on-site office, you will process quotes, enter sales orders in the ERP, provide first-level technical support, and collaborate with Service, Engineering, Shipping and Accounting to keep orders moving.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training is a plus.
• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, inside sales, or order entry preferred; experience in technical, industrial, manufacturing, or parts environment is a plus.
• Training: PRI provides on-the-job training on our equipment, parts, alarms, and systems.
• ERP experience is helpful.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the voice of PRI for customers; respond to inquiries by phone and email.
• Identify parts and prepare quotes; enter sales orders in ERP.
• Provide first-level technical assistance—walk customers through alarms and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate on-site field service scheduling with Service Coordinator and Shipping.
